mixed feelings on this stay

convenient locationdusty windowsinsufficient power plugs
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
the room cleanliness was substandard. dust gathered around the windows, and mold was evident in several areas. the available power plugs were insufficient for our needs and hard to reach. this negatively impacted our convenience.

I found the owner, nigel, helpful, providing maps and local tips, very useful! parking was guaranteed for a small fee, a great convenience. the location was superb, a short walk to the sea and a tesco express was nearby. Such an easy walk.
The room could have used a hairdryer. Such a small thing, but a useful addition.

basic stay with some drawbacks

central locationunclean showerstained mattress
the location was close to everything, including the sea which was only a short walk.
My room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. there were hairs in the shower from whoever stayed there before me. The shower also didn't drain very well. the mattress had some stains on the sides, a bit off-putting.

The location allowed short walks to many historical sites. The owner Nigel was very friendly. He waited for us to arrive. This made parking right outside possible. I paid £5 cash for parking with Nigel. This was excellent for visiting The Hoe.
The mattress was not suitable for my back. The room could benefit from more items. I also noticed the shower pressure was low. But the room was a good value.
